The Process

Step 1.
Design Outline / Conceptual Design

We begin by understanding your requirements, ideas and overall vision for the project. This stage allows us to explore the possibilities and develop an initial design concept that considers functionality, aesthetics, materials and the practical requirements of the project.

Working collaboratively with you, we refine the concept and establish a clear direction before progressing into detailed design and documentation.

Step 2.
quotation

Once the design direction and project scope have been established, we prepare a detailed quotation based on the agreed requirements.

Our quotation outlines the proposed works, materials, finishes and associated costs, giving you a clear understanding of the investment required. We take the time to discuss the quotation with you, answer any questions and make any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

Step 3.
Design & Detailed Drawings

Once the project is approved, we develop the concept into a fully detailed design. This includes technical drawings, specifications and detailed documentation required to accurately manufacture and install the finished product.

Where appropriate, we also develop 3D models and photorealistic renders to help you visualise the finished result before fabrication begins. This allows us to review proportions, finishes, materials and design details together and make any final refinements with confidence.

Step 4.
Site Measuring

Before fabrication begins, we attend site to take accurate measurements and confirm the existing conditions. We assess dimensions, access, levels, surrounding structures and any other factors that may influence the fabrication or installation.

These measurements are incorporated into the final drawings, ensuring the finished product is designed specifically for the space and helping to minimise issues during installation.

Step 5.
Fabrication

With the design and measurements confirmed, fabrication begins in our workshop. Our experienced team carefully manufactures each component to the approved drawings and specifications, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and attention to detail.

Throughout the fabrication process, components are checked to ensure they meet the required dimensions, tolerances and finish before progressing to the next stage.

Step 6.
Surface Treatment

Once fabrication is complete, components undergo the required surface preparation and treatment. Depending on the selected materials and finish, this may include processes such as polishing, powder coating, painting, or other specialist treatments.

We take care to achieve a consistent, durable and high-quality finish that complements the design and is suitable for its intended environment.

Step 7.
Installation

The final stage is the installation of your completed project. Our team carefully coordinates the delivery and installation process, ensuring each component is positioned, fitted and finished to the approved design.

We take pride in the final details, ensuring the installation is completed to a high standard and that the finished result reflects the design we developed with you from the beginning.
